While using your keywords it is important to make sure that you are not committing any crime in the eyes of Google, especially keyword stuffing.
For example, if I were writing an article about the beach in Miami and I wrote: On vacation I went to the beach in Miami Beach and its the nicest beach in Miami. The Miami Beach beach is the cleanest beach and has the nicest beach water I’ve ever seen.
Well, then, I would be guilty of keyword stuffing. Keyword stuffing is when you obviously, use the keyword too many times in your content. However, there are ways to properly get your point across, fulfill SEO needs, and use keywords correctly. The SEO friendly version of that sentence would be: When you vacation to Miami, the first thing you should do is head over to Miami Beach. The ambiance, the cleanliness, and the water make this beach a must see when you visit.
The following paragraphs should include the keywords once or twice in each paragraph. The general rule of thumb is to use only 3% of your content on keywords.
